Create, Serve, Act,
It is in our partnerships that these words spring to life. Here, relevance finds meaning. Here, purpose becomes passion.

ICM (Interfaith Cooperative Ministries) serves the basic needs of up to 150 poor families every day, providing food, clothing, housewares and utility assistance. Services also include a free medical clinic once a month. Ktizo volunteers, including kids, help sort clothing and prepare food boxes. We donate food, clothing and housewares regularly. We also participate in fund raising for this much needed organization.
Food, Clothing and Other Services
Desert Mission Food Bank serves families in the Sunnyslope area with emergency food assistance. Ktizo holds two food drives a year to help this organization with their mission.
Education

Imagine School at Cortez Park is a K – 8th grade public charter school that serves 850 students and their families. For many of these students, English is a second language. Our dedicated group of Ktizo volunteers spends time with students every Wednesday after school helping with reading and math skills. We are very excited about this partnership with Imagine School.
Community Garden Programs / Farmer’s Market

Ktizo, is dedicated to providing nutritious food to the hungry. We work with other community volunteers planting, growing and harvesting food at the St. Vincent de Paul Watkins Road garden and the garden at the Human Services Campus downtown. We are getting ready to open our Farmer’s Market stand which will operate every Sunday in the parking-lot behind the church. We work with local growers and will have tables to rent for our neighbors who also want to sell their food items. Here are a list of our Farmer’s market partners.
St Mary’s Food Bank

Ktizo distributes food provided by St. Mary’s food bank to our neighbors once an month. Check the Events tab for our next food distribution time and date. Last year we provided thousands of our neighbors with free nutritious food.
